MC2Play is responsible for the processing of personal data in connection with its services.

MC2Play takes the protection of user data seriously and aims to collect and process only data that is necessary for the operation, security, and improvement of its services.
MC2Play does not sell personal data to third parties.

Passwords are not stored in plain text. They are stored using a secure password hash and cannot be viewed by MC2Play.

This may include your Minecraft username, Minecraft UUID, gameplay data, server activity, statistics, economy-related data, and other information required for the operation of the Network.
Minecraft server logs may also contain information such as chat messages, connection times, and other technical events generated during normal server operation.

This may include IP addresses, connection information, security checks, anti-cheat results, VPN or proxy detection results, suspected bot activity, account or ban-evasion indicators, reports, tickets, warnings, kicks, mutes, bans, and other moderation or security-related information.
Security and anti-cheat systems may automatically process technical information to detect suspicious activity, cheating, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass restrictions.
When you use the MC2Play website, certain technical information may be processed automatically as part of normal website operation.
This may include information such as IP addresses, browser or device information, login-related information, timestamps, and technical logs.
MC2Play may also use cookies and similar technologies where necessary for the functionality, security, and operation of its website and services.
When you use official MC2Play community platforms, such as the MC2Play Discord server, information may be processed by both MC2Play and the respective platform.

Discord independently processes data when you use its services. Your use of Discord is also subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
MC2Play does not control the data processing practices of external platforms and services.

This may include providing and managing MC2Play accounts, operating the Minecraft Network, maintaining website functionality, providing support, moderating the community, detecting and preventing abuse, enforcing rules, and protecting MC2Play and its users from security threats.

Security and moderation systems may automatically analyze technical information and activity in order to detect cheating, suspicious behavior, unauthorized access, bot activity, VPN or proxy usage, and other violations of MC2Play's Terms or rules.
Where necessary, authorized MC2Play Team members may access relevant information for moderation, investigation, support, administration, security, or development purposes.
MC2Play stores data on its own or authorized hosting infrastructure as necessary to provide its services.
MC2Play performs regular backups of relevant systems and data to protect against data loss and to allow services or user data to be restored when necessary.
Backups are created daily and are automatically deleted after 30 days.
Data that is no longer necessary for the operation, security, or legitimate administration of MC2Play may be deleted or otherwise removed where reasonably possible.
MC2Play takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal and technical data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction.
Access to stored data is limited to authorized persons who require access for legitimate MC2Play-related purposes.
MC2Play does not intentionally store passwords in readable form. Account passwords are stored using secure password hashing methods.

Certain Minecraft, moderation, security, or punishment-related information may remain stored where necessary for the operation, security, abuse prevention, or legitimate administration of MC2Play.
Deleting an MC2Play account does not automatically delete information that is maintained separately within the Minecraft Network or other systems.
MC2Play does not impose a general minimum age for using its services. However, some users may be minors.
If applicable law requires parental or guardian involvement or consent for certain forms of data processing or use of a service, the relevant requirements must be followed.
Parents or legal guardians are encouraged to supervise the use of MC2Play by minors and to contact MC2Play if they have concerns regarding the processing of a minor's personal data.
