Terms of Service
These Terms of Service define the conditions for using the MC2Play Network and its services.
1. General Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the use of the MC2Play Network and all services, platforms, websites, systems, and features operated or provided as part of MC2Play.
By accessing, joining, or using MC2Play, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms, as well as any applicable rules and additional policies referenced by MC2Play.
These Terms apply to all users of MC2Play, regardless of whether they access the Network through Minecraft, the MC2Play website, Discord, or another officially provided platform or service.
By using any part of MC2Play, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to follow them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use MC2Play or any of its services.
Additional rules may apply to individual game modes, events, services, or platforms. These rules are considered part of the conditions for using the respective service and must also be followed.
MC2Play reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms when necessary, including to reflect changes to the Network, its services, features, or applicable requirements.
When significant changes are made, MC2Play will announce them through appropriate official communication channels, such as the official MC2Play Discord server.
Where reasonably possible, users will be given appropriate notice before significant changes take effect. The updated version will replace the previous version from its stated effective date.
By continuing to use MC2Play after changes to these Terms have taken effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
2. Accounts & Services
Certain MC2Play services may require you to create or use an account.
You are responsible for providing accurate information where required and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account credentials with other people or allow others to use your account.
Each user is responsible for all activity carried out through their account. If you believe that your account has been compromised or accessed without your permission, you should notify MC2Play as soon as reasonably possible.
MC2Play reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable rules, or otherwise pose a risk to MC2Play, its services, or other users.
MC2Play provides various services and features, including its Minecraft Network, game modes, website, Discord community, and related systems.
You agree to use these services only for their intended purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any additional rules that apply to the respective service.
You must not use MC2Play to interfere with, disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Network, its systems, services, or other users.
You must not attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, abuse bugs, bypass security measures, or otherwise manipulate MC2Play in a way that could negatively affect the Network or its users.
Certain activities may be permitted for authorized members of the MC2Play Team when performed for legitimate administrative, moderation, testing, security, or development purposes.
MC2Play is provided as an evolving service and may be modified, updated, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued in whole or in part.
Maintenance, updates, technical issues, infrastructure problems, or other circumstances may result in temporary interruptions or reduced availability.
MC2Play does not guarantee that its services will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from errors.
Where reasonably possible, planned maintenance and significant service interruptions may be communicated through official MC2Play channels.
MC2Play may introduce, modify, remove, replace, or discontinue features, game modes, services, systems, or other parts of the Network.
This includes changes to gameplay mechanics, infrastructure, functionality, content, or the way individual services operate.
MC2Play may make such changes as part of ongoing development, maintenance, balancing, security improvements, or other operational requirements.
Where appropriate, significant changes may be announced through official MC2Play communication channels.
3. Rules & Enforcement
All users are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly while using MC2Play.
Users must follow these Terms, the applicable game mode rules, and any additional rules or instructions provided by MC2Play.
Harassment, discrimination, threats, severe or targeted insults, hate speech, slurs, and other inappropriate behavior are not permitted.
MC2Play is intended to provide a friendly and enjoyable environment for its community. Content or behavior that is inappropriate for the respective platform or community may be restricted or removed.
The use of cheats, unauthorized modifications, exploits, or other methods that provide an unfair advantage is prohibited.
Users must not attempt to bypass punishments, security systems, restrictions, or other technical measures implemented by MC2Play.
Abusing bugs, exploits, glitches, or unintended mechanics in a way that negatively affects the Network or other users may result in disciplinary action.
Any attempt to damage, disrupt, overload, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to MC2Play or its systems is prohibited.
Impersonating MC2Play Team members or other users for the purpose of misleading, harming, or gaining an advantage is also prohibited.
Individual MC2Play game modes may have additional rules that apply specifically to their gameplay and community.
These rules are published separately for the respective game mode and must be followed in addition to these Terms.

Game mode rules may contain additional restrictions, gameplay requirements, or exceptions that are not covered by these Terms.
MC2Play may take appropriate action when users violate these Terms, applicable rules, or instructions from authorized MC2Play Team members.
Depending on the severity and circumstances of a violation, possible actions may include warnings, temporary restrictions, temporary bans, permanent bans, content removal, or other appropriate measures.
The severity of a punishment may depend on factors such as the type of violation, its impact, previous violations, and the user's overall behavior.
MC2Play may take immediate action when necessary to protect the Network, its users, or its systems.
Attempts to evade or bypass a punishment may result in additional or extended punishment.
Authorized MC2Play Team members may use administrative, moderation, testing, or security-related methods that would otherwise be prohibited for regular users when reasonably necessary for their responsibilities.
Users who have been punished may submit an unban appeal through the official MC2Play appeal system. Appeals should be submitted honestly and respectfully and will be reviewed by the MC2Play Team on a case-by-case basis.
